Elaan marketing held its most awaited Awards Ceremony for the previous year in January, 2026. It was not just an evening celebrated for fun it was more the celebration of Enthusiasm, Sincerity and Smart work. The evening was full of fun activities, awards presentation, followed by an amazing dinner. We take pride in announcing that it was a success and all our team members were appreciated for the efforts they’ve been putting in making Elaan Marketing a competitive organization.
A Heartfelt Leadership Address
Under Mr. Ovais’s leadership, House of Elaan has bThe host of the evening, Mr. Ovais Ali Khokhar, CEO of Elaan Marketing addressed the audience not as a leader but as a coach and and a mentor. He clearly spoke to the hearts of the people, making them understand how important they are as individuals for us, As he said “Organisations are not because of the owners, they just build it and hand it over to the team, so Elaan Marketing is what it is today because of you.”, while addressing the audience.
He expressed gratitude towards Elaan family, and escalated the teams’ morale by acknowledging their conduct. He has described the company’s goals, the upcoming challenges, and the resolution to address the problems, find them solutions that are the key elements to establish our future altogether. It was not just a lecture, but some heart to heart conversation that made the audience emotional, and get connected with the emotions the CEO expressed.
His speech, which was heartfelt, motivational, and profoundly important, set the tone for the evening.
Respecting Excellence
The awards ceremony honored the talented, skillful and enthusiast members that remained committed throughout the year. The awards were presented by the Chairman Elaan Marketing, Mr. Muhammad Saeed Khokhar, and CEO Elaan Marketing Mr. Ovais Ali. Each trophy and certificate symbolised more than achievement, it represented effort, collaboration, and a steadfast dedication to quality.
The room was full of applause and appreciation which boosted the confidence of the victors!
Highlighting Undiscovered Skills
In addition to the awards show, the evening also honoured the variety of skills on our team. From poetry recitation to heartfelt vocal performances, informal sessions infused the program with colour and fun.
Interactive games and entertaining activities, like the popular "Boojho To Janay," “Human Bingo”, Stage Show, and Some pre recorded funny videos, fostered moments of connection and laughter. Everyone was reminded by these segments that even though we put in a lot of effort, we also fully celebrate.
A Cultural Finale and Grand Dinner
There was then an arrangement of lavish dinner for all the attendees, which help people interact with each other, followed by a grand mesmerizing Qawwali Performance which brought a beautiful cultural tone to the event. A night full of pride, thankfulness, and solidarity came to a memorable conclusion thanks to the wonderful music.
